Deposit Policy:

All bookings require a deposit to secure them, you are not booked in if you have not paid a deposit.
If you are booking multiple sessions at once you will need a deposit for each appointment and they will all come off of the final cost of the tattoo.

Minimum Charge Rate deposit: £50

Half Day Rate deposit: £50

Full Day Rate deposit: £100

Samsara Studio has a 48hr cancellation policy on deposits. You need to give at least 48hrs notice to successfully reschedule your tattoo appointment without losing your deposit.
If less notice is given, you are more than half an hour late (without good reason), or you simply just do not show up, the deposit is taken and you will need to pay the deposit again in order to be re-booked for another time.

All deposits are non-refundable but they do come off of the cost of the finished tattoo.

All deposits have a 12 month expiry, meaning if you don’t use it within 12 months it is forfeit and you will need to pay a new deposit to get booked in again.

I cannot accept gift vouchers as deposits, redeem them on the day of the appointment!
